400ml Full Cream Milk
Method
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a baking dish. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl and pour into baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

Ingredients
Mixed Frozen Berries 75g, 100ml Full Cream Milk, FeelGood Collagen 20g Protein Tasteless, Honey 10g

Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to combine.
Cook your beef mince with your seasoning in a pan over a medium heat until cooked through. Slice up your lettuce tomato and onion. Rinse and drain your beans and corn. Add to a bowl and top with mince, salsa, sour cream and avocado.
